Peter heads up our Franchise and Government teams. He has extensive experience acting for both national and international franchise systems with a strong skill set around international expansion of franchise systems. Peter lectures in international franchising at the Masters level at several Australian universities and is an international speaker at legal forums and a published commentator in his areas of expertise. Systems he has represented include UPS, GAP, Subway, Jamie Oliver Italian Restaurants, Fast Signs International and Golds Gym, Cartridge World, Magic Hand Car Wash, Cocolat and Senior Helpers to name a few.
Peter has provided advice to the Defence Science and Technology Organisation for over 10 years in relation to a broad range of contractual and intellectual property issues. He has also provided advice to DMO on procurement and conducted contract training sessions for Defence staff. Other services provided to the Commonwealth include acting as a probity advisor for the Australian Customs Service and DSTO.
A number of corporations and significant sporting bodies also rely on Peter for commercial advice.
