Aleisha is a Senior Associate in our Family & Relationship Law team, and is a highly experienced family lawyer. She was admitted to practice in 2011 and has dedicated her career to family law. Prior to joining KHQ, Aleisha worked with boutique family law practices in Brisbane and Melbourne.
With deep experience in all facets of family and relationships law, Aleisha is resourceful and has an empathetic and pragmatic approach to advising and representing her clients. Her skill set includes assisting clients with:
- property and parenting disputes
- spousal maintenance
- child support
- family violence intervention orders
- binding financial agreements, and
- divorce.
Aleisha has vast experience both inside and outside the courtroom, regularly appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Magistrates Court on behalf of her clients and advocating for her clients at Mediation and Conciliation Conferences.
Aleisha is an Honours Law Graduate of the University of Queensland. She has recently made the move to Victoria from Queensland with her young family and is enjoying the weather and experiencing all four seasons.
