Courtney Goodlet Lawyer

Courtney is a lawyer in our Family & Relationship Law team, and holds degrees in both law and psychology.

Following her admission to practice law in 2019, Courtney spent two years working as an Associate to a Judge in the family law division of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and has also worked as a Judge’s Associate in the District Court of Queensland within both civil and criminal jurisdictions. These past roles provide Courtney with unique insight into the intricacies of the Court system, including a thorough understanding of the interplay between family law, crime, and civil litigation practice and procedure. Courtney draws on this experience to assist in navigating her clients through the litigation process.

Courtney’s strengths lie in her ability to empathise and understand the perspectives of her clients whilst offering realistic and practical advice. She has a keen interest in both parenting and property matters and is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients in a timely and cost-effective manner.
