Duyen holds a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and was a generalist lawyer in private practice during her early career. Over the past 10+ years, she has worked as a conveyancer for accounting, commercial and private clients on a range of conveyancing matters, including:
- subdivisions for developers
- off-the-plan sales and purchases
- commercial and residential sales and purchases, and
- related parties (individuals and companies) seeking to transfer properties for restructuring purposes.
Duyen enjoys helping her clients to navigate their property transactions in a seamless, ‘no fuss’ manner. She works closely with various teams across our firm, including our Commercial Property & Development, Wills & Estates and Family & Relationship Law teams. Her skills and expertise complement our practice areas, ensuring we provide a one-stop shop to meet our clients’ needs.
When not working, Duyen enjoys both her quiet time with a good book and various outdoor activities and travel adventures with her family (humans & canines).
