James Lainas Lawyer

James is a lawyer working in the Commercial Property and Development team.

James was admitted to practice in 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) and Bachelor of Architectural Design from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University.

James came to KHQ as a law graduate in July 2016.  In that time, he has assisted in a range of retail, industrial and commercial leasing matters and sales and acquisitions, assisting property owners and developers.

James is excited to utilise his keen interest in architecture and design to assist clients in a meaningful and insightful way.
