Matthew Hamblin Trainee Lawyer

Matthew is a graduate lawyer, currently completing his first rotation in the Workplace Relations & Safety team as part of KHQ’s graduate program. Prior to joining us, Matthew worked as a paralegal in a national class action, advising group members on their settlement outcomes and dispute mechanisms.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Indonesian studies) from Monash University. During his studies, Matthew completed a professional practice placement at Monash Law Clinics, managing client files and advising, under supervision, on a range of legal matters.

Aside from work, Matthew has a keen interest in keeping active, playing football and camping. He is also passionate about international relations and Indonesian studies, having completed a language exchange at a University in Central Java, Indonesia.

Matthew has an interest in employment law but is eager to expand his legal knowledge and skills across all the firm’s practice areas.
