Michela is a lawyer in our Superannuation & Financial Services team, where she assists with drafting and reviewing key documents for funds (such as offer documents, Target Market Determinations, constitutions and Australian Financial Services Licence applications) and advisory work.
Michela is passionate about the ever-evolving superannuation and financial services industry, and is committed to creating strong relationships with both clients and service providers, aiming to deliver a first-class experience for all. Her diverse professional background includes experience in property and litigation across both the UK and Australia.
Michela holds a Specialist Degree in Italian and European Law from the University of Rome “Roma Tre,” a Graduate Diploma in English Law from the University of London, and a Diploma in Law from the University of Sydney. She is fluent in Italian and conversant in Spanish, bringing an international perspective to her practice.
In her spare time, Michela enjoys spending time with her young family and is an avid reader of Agatha Christie’s detective novels.
