Mitch is a Lawyer in our Corporate & Commercial team. He has experience advising a number of private clients across a wide variety of industry sectors including retail, aged care and childcare.
Mitch has experience advising clients in relation to:
- private M&A
- capital raising
- commercial contracts and arrangements, and
- general corporate advice.
Mitch also has experience in property and banking and finance, and prides himself on providing practical, commercial advice.
Mitch’s recent experience includes:
- assisting a national childcare provider with its sale to a private equity firm
- advising a cosmetics company in relation to numerous capital raises and its acquisition of another cosmetics company
- advising a renewable energy company in relation to a restructure of the group and issue of convertible notes
- assisting a South Australian aged care provider with its sale, and
- assisting a Queensland based health facility with its sale to a private equity firm.
Outside of work, Mitch loves camping, watching football and spending time with family.
