Nikita is a lawyer in our Workplace Relations & Safety team. She has experience advising on a variety of workplace relations matters, including:
- unfair dismissal and adverse action claims
- underpayment claims
- termination and disciplinary matters
- restructuring advice, and
- all aspects of employment contracts including restraints and post-employment conduct.
Nikita has experience advising a wide range of clients in respect of workplace relations matters, including a commercial real estate agency, international manufacturing company, childcare provider, disability service provider and not for profit educational institute, amongst others.
Nikita holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) from the Victoria University of Wellington. She commenced her career in New Zealand in a diverse practice which, alongside workplace relations issues, included family and property law matters. Prior to joining the KHQ team, she was employed by a leading medium-sized law firm in Melbourne, specialising in workplace law.
