Sandy Suliman
Associate Law Graduate

Sandy brings over six-years of specialised experience in industrial relations, having worked across government, consulting and major infrastructure projects. Prior to commencing her legal career, Sandy worked with the Fair Work Ombudsman and as an industrial relations (IR) consultant, where she advised employers on award compliance, enterprise bargaining, unfair dismissal claims and industrial disputes.

Most recently, she worked as a Senior IR Advisor on the Snowy 2.0 Project, managing tribunal matters and union engagement on one of Australia’s most complex infrastructure sites. Sandy combines strong technical expertise with an understanding of real-world challenges faced by employers.

Sandy has been recognised by both clients and senior stakeholders for her ability to distil complex workplace laws into clear, practical advice. She has successfully represented clients in conciliations before the Fair Work Commission and provided support in the management and lodgement of enterprise agreements.

With a particular interest in the intersection between law and industrial relations, Sandy is passionate about delivering fair and commercially strategic outcomes. She is currently completing her Practical Legal Training at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law and is based in our Melbourne office.
