Winning is a Senior Associate in our Family & Relationship Law team, and has practised family law consistently since 2010. Winning is experienced in all aspects of family law disputes including complex property settlements, financial agreements, the involvement of third parties, high conflict parenting disputes and family violence intervention orders.
With experience in other areas of the law including personal injury, migration, criminal and child protection law, Winning is able to deal with the broad range of issues that often arise after the breakdown of a relationship.
Winning is particularly interested in complex property matters involving business interests, complex trust structures, self-managed super funds and the involvement of third parties. She is adept at unravelling complicated property matters and providing her clients with sound, practical and considered advice to enable them to make informed decisions about outcomes tailored to their needs.
Winning possesses high attention to detail and is tactically minded. She is personable, down to earth and quickly develops a rapport with her clients. Her priority is to listen to her clients to ascertain their needs and goals, provide clear advice about their legal rights and the options available to empower them to make decisions about their future.
Winning is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, the Property & Maintenance Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria, and the Asian Australian Lawyers Association.
