Ailin is an Associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, and has experience across a broad range of commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring matters. Ailin provides practical advice and guidance tailored to each client’s needs, aimed at achieving strategic legal outcomes with a strong commercial focus. She has extensive experience and a particular interest in assisting clients with:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- Commercial disputes
- Debt recovery and enforcement, and
- Personal and corporate insolvency.
Ailin holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide, and also undertook an exchange program with the University of Tokyo during her studies.
In addition to her legal qualifications, Ailin is fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) and is proficient in Japanese. She is dedicated to understanding the businesses of clients from different cultural backgrounds and approaches problems with their culture in mind.
