Isabel is a Senior Associate in our Family & Relationship Law team. She has a broad range of experience in family law having worked solely in this area since her admission.
Isabel regularly advises clients in relation to:
- complex property settlements
- binding financial agreements
- children’s matters
- international relocation
- child support agreements
- surrogacy and donor agreements
In particular, Isabel is interested in children’s rights and international family law matters, including Hague Convention child abduction matters, international property settlements and relocation disputes. Isabel is empathetic and takes pride in providing our clients with efficient and practical advice.
Isabel holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide. She was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2017.
Isabel is a member of the Executive Committee of Victorian Women Lawyers.
