Ned is an Associate in our Workplace Relations & Safety team. He has a broad range of experience in the employment law area, having practiced in the area since his admission. He has previously worked in private practice and for one of the country’s largest employee associations.
Ned advises on:
- award and enterprise agreement interpretation issues and disputes
- general protections, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims in state and federal courts and tribunals
- enforcement of post-employment restraints
- disciplinary and misconduct matters, including workplace investigation, and
- the implementation of major workplace changes.
Ned develops strategies to enhance workplace cohesion, communication and efficiency. He adopts a people-centric approach to his practice and takes pride in advocating strongly for his clients, with a focus on clarity and practicality.
Ned holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2019.
