Justin is a senior associate in our Tax & Structuring team. With a background in property law, Justin provides advice and assists clients with a broad range of tax and related commercial law matters. His experience encompasses stamp duty, capital gains tax and property structuring matters, and extends to an array of taxation law issues, including:
- income tax
- GST
- foreign acquisitions
- corporate restructures
- taxation disputes
- payroll tax, and
- land tax.
Prior to joining the KHQ team, Justin worked with a national firm in its commercial and tax team. He is keen to further develop his career with KHQ’s growing tax and private wealth practices.
In his spare time Justin enjoys keeping fit and playing a range of sports including football, basketball, soccer and golf. He also enjoys reading and is starting to learn the guitar.
