Jordan Diamantopoulos Lawyer

Jordan is a lawyer in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, with experience across the private and public sector. He commenced with KHQ as a graduate lawyer in 2021, before embarking on a leave of absence to undertake an Associateship with his Honour Associate Justice Irving at the Supreme Court of Victoria. Jordan assisted his Honour in a broad range of interlocutory applications and commercial trials involving misappropriation of funds, shareholder oppression and breaches of directors’ duties.  

Returning to his role with our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, Jordan has a particular interest in commercial litigation and disputes including:  

  • contractual disputes 
  • shareholder disputes 
  • general commercial disputes, and  
  • insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.  

Jordan is looking forward to further developing his knowledge in these areas and providing the firm’s clients with clear, commercially astute legal advice. 

Prior to joining KHQ as a graduate, Jordan worked at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, in its Merger Investigation Branch, and as a Barrister’s research assistant, predominantly assisting Counsel in general commercial matters, insolvency proceedings and trustee disputes. He holds a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) from Monash University.  

In his free time, Jordan enjoys reading, travelling and cycling, and is an avid supporter of the Richmond Tigers and Tottenham Hotspur.
